Job Description
Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Shepherdsville, KY (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Join a patient-centered pharmacy team where you'll play a key role in supporting medication therapy, educating patients, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care. This position is highly interactive and involves regular communication with patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team.
An active Kentucky pharmacist license is required. Support is provided to obtain a California pharmacist license, including coverage of associated licensing costs.
What You'll Do
+ Review patient medications for safety, effectiveness, interactions, compliance, and appropriate use.
+ Counsel patients on new therapies, including dosing, administration, side effects, and treatment expectations.
+ Serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals....
