CLINICAL PHARMACIST I - ICU

+ JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Education
+ Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Arkansas.
+ Experience
+ Minimum three (3) years pharmacist experience in direct patient care or completion of PGY1 residency program required.
+ Physical

+ Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range. Operates computer, typewriter, calculator. Finger dexterity. Eye-hand coordination. Frequent sitting, standing and walking. May lift and carry up to 35 lbs. Some exposure to chemical hazards when making chemotherapy.
