We are looking for a Clinical Outsourcing Lead who is collaborative, commercially minded, and quality focused to join our Strategic Clinical Partnering team in Global Clinical Sciences and Operations, based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Monheim (Germany), Slough (UK) or Raleigh (US) offices.
About the role
You will help shape how UCB works with external partners for clinical studies and development services. You will guide vendor selection, lead contract discussions, support budget planning, and help teams keep outsourced activities on track. You will bring clear thinking, strong partnership skills, and a practical focus on quality, value, compliance, and timelines.
