Clinical Nurse(R/N) - Experienced - ICU Neuro

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, person‑centered nursing care for ICU Neuro patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Act as a clinical resource, supporting staff in clinical assessment, care planning, and nursing documentation within the unit.
• Communicate effectively with families, multidisciplinary team members, and nursing management to coordinate care and advocate for patients when needed.
• Initiate and manage emergency treatment (resuscitation) as required, ensuring rapid and effective response to critical situations.
• Participate in unit rounds with physicians, develop nursing care plans, and co‑ordinate patient services to meet individual care needs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient‑care policies and procedures in line with hospital SOPs and nursing theory.
