Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen, for a 0.7 WTE (26 hours), Band 6 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Outpatients Specialist Rehabilitation Service.
Main duties of the job
Specialist Rehabilitation covers the Prosthetic, Orthotic and Wheelchair Service. The role will be mainly based within the Prosthetic Department with some support offered to the other Specialist Rehabilitation services.
The role is based at Seacroft hospital in the Prosthetic, Orthotic and Wheelchair department.
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate clinical knowledge mainly around long term conditions and wound care management. However, previous specific Prosthetic or Wheelchair experience is not required for this role and support will be available from the wider multi-disciplinary team once in role.
