Job Profile Summary:
The Professional Nurse/Clinical (Nurse PB Qualified) is responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of individualized, holistic and person‑centered nursing care for a patient, their families, or the community, either performed directly or indirectly. The incumbent coordinates patient care within a multidisciplinary health team, utilizing scientifically based nursing theories and processes to treat patients as physical, social, and spiritual individuals, and applying educational and technical means applicable to health care practice.
