Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Emergency Acute and Specialty Medicine Directorate

<p>The Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (CNM3) will be part of the Directorate senior nurse management team. S/he will provide professional, clinical, and managerial leadership to all nursing staff, in particular the Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2). S/he will be recognised as an expert practitioner, will have direct clinical involvement, and develop, maintain, and evaluate an environment that supports the provision of excellence in patient care. In conjunction with the Directorate Nurse Manager (DNM), the CNM3 will develop the scope of specialist and advanced nursing practice and promote and support continued professional development across all grades.
