Your new role

Manage (or assist in managing, depending on level) a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from inception through to resolution

Handle a range ofplex and high-value cases with a proactive andmercially focused approach

Draft key legal documents including Letters of Claim, witness statements and court pleadings

Obtain and analyse medical records and expert evidence to support claims
