Clinical Needs Assessor: Older Adults & Disability (Part-Time)

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Marlborough seeks a Clinical Needs Assessor to support the Needs Assessment team, coordinating services and communications. You will work with Wairau Hospital, disability, health and community partners, and iwi/Health providers to place the person at the centre of planning.

The role is permanent part‑time (0.5 FTE), with 40 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, 7.00 AM–5.00 PM, no on‑call.
