Job Description
**Overview**
The **Clinical Manager, Palliative** reports to the AVP of Palliative Care and is responsible for coordinating and managing all day to day business affairs and other clinical activities related to the administration of the palliative division.
+ Ensures clinical care delivery goals are met and exceeded.
+ Helps coordinate clinical responsibilities for market.
+ Ensures scheduling, managing frequency adherence, clinical coordination, medical record maintenance function, and marketing functions are maintained for a team of patients and clinicians.
+ Manages incoming calls from partners and patients.
+ Manages Visit Freq compliance, scheduling PRN visits, post hospitalization follow up with patient/family-expediting discharge home with communication with partners, schedule post hospitalization visits.
+ Facilitates orders for labs, DME, imaging.
+ Coordinates results with NPs, enters telepho...
