Are you a senior clinician ready to combine hands‑on patient care with meaningful clinical leadership? Tend is now on the Shore and we’re looking for a Clinical Lead with a background in urgent care and/or general practice to help shape and support high-quality, connected care for our community on the North Shore.

This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in leading teams, strengthening clinical quality, and supporting the delivery of both urgent care and GP services in a collaborative, modern care environment.

Alongside clinical work, you’ll provide leadership and guidance to the team, help drive excellence in patient care, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing clinic culture. You’ll also be supported by inbox support and our world‑class note‑taking tool, Scribe, helping create a better experience for both patients and clinicians.
