About The Opportunity
The Clinical Informatics Pharmacist is a key member of the One Person One Record team as a subject matter expert within clinical IT applications and a clinical support for the OPOR Adult Oncology Team. The pharmacist will provide support across the province for the implementation and support of the OPOR clinical information system, support provincial standardization, system optimization, and Oncology Working Groups. They will facilitate the design, implementation, optimization, and adoption of clinical informatics initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, technical experts, and vendors.
