MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The Clinical Facilitator plans and facilitates identified training and development interventions to ensure competency of all staff. They can be allocated to a specialist unit (e.g. the ICU) or work across the nursing units of a hospital. To support a comprehensive, professional and integrated care expert service to patients in collaboration with the internal and external healthcare teams.
