Job DescriptionThe Long-Term Care Clinical Educator plays a key role in advancing clinical excellence and workforce capability across assigned homes. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training & Simulation, this role partners with operational leaders and frontline teams to deliver engaging, evidence-informed learning experiences. Through education, simulation, coaching, and competency development, the Clinical Educator supports safe practice, staff confidence, and high-quality resident care. This position is instrumental in strengthening onboarding, promoting continuous learning, and translating best practices into day-to-day clinical care.We are currently recruiting two roles in Eastern Ontario.
