Job Description
Lead the Clinical Director role for the PRA-BC program, ensuring the quality of clinical assessments for internationally educated physicians in British Columbia. Collaborate strategically with HEABC and key stakeholders to enhance assessment processes.
As Clinical Director, you'll influence recruitment of family physicians through rigorous assessments and partnerships. Your experience in medical administration and a deep understanding of IMG practice readiness will be essential. We are looking for a leader who can develop policies, manage clinical field assessments, and oversee clinical teams to uphold PRA-BC’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen applicants for program suitability
