Clinical Dietitian (Part-Time)

Schedule: Part-Time
+ 16 hours per week
+ Preferably Tuesday's and Thursday's
Compensation: Dependent upon experience
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
+ Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents and develop individualized nutrition care plans to support their health and well-being.
+ Monitor residents with nutritional risks, such as unintended weight loss, pressure injuries, dehydration, or other medical concerns, and recommend appropriate dietary interventions.
