Clinical Diabetes Educator – Primary Care Impact

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Clinical Diabetes Specialist to provide expert clinical guidance across the primary care sector in Taranaki. You will support the Diabetes Integrated Team, deliver education and guidance to the healthcare workforce, and help empower people with diabetes and their whānau to manage care closer to home.

You will champion clinical excellence, drive workforce development, and focus on improving diabetes care services within general practices and allied health in Pinnacle
