The Clinical Data Specialist position is part of a team that is responsible for facilitating chart reviews and preparation for our clinical teams to ultimately ensure efficient and effective medical care with our providers at the patient’s first visit and beyond. In this role, you will partner with physician chart reviewers and nurse documentation specialists to ensure patient records are accessible throughout their healthcare journey at One Medical Senior while broadly supporting the population health initiatives of holistic, comprehensive, and integrated care for our senior health patients.
