Clinical Associate (BCMP Qualification), Neurosurgeon, Rustenburg

Our client, a specialist neurosurgery practice based in Rustenburg, is seeking to recruit a full-time Clinical Associate (BCMP qualified).

The successful candidate will support the neurosurgeon in delivering high-quality, patient-centred clinical care, including patient assessment, treatment support, and ongoing management within a busy private practice environment.

Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Assist with obtaining patient history and identifying patient needs
• Support and oversee day-to-day clinical tasks within the practice
• Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic and rehabilitation interventions
• Provide patient education, counselling, and ongoing support
• Facilitate appropriate referrals and prepare referral feedback
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of treatment plans
