Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Fixed appointment for patient (via walk-in, by appointment system or any related platform).
  • Register patient upon receipt of prescription or appointment letter.
  • Assist doctor in the clinic if needed.
  • Organize patient record in the clinic.
  • Book appointment for patient operation and send to admission counter for admission.
  • Ensure patient’s record is ready before the appointment.
  • Ensure guarantee letter submission to the Business Office services is done daily after patient registration.
  • Ensure all items ordered are keyed in correctly.
  • Maintain clinic supplies and stock levels to support smooth and uninterrupted daily operations.
  • Fully understand the clinic receptionist job scope.
  • Promote, support, and ensure patient understanding of Patient and Family Rights.
  • Promote available promotions, packages, applications, and services to all patients.
