Job Title: Registered Nurse Manager – Pre-Admission Services & Animas Internal Medicine Clinic

Job Summary: Provides leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for the Pre-Admission Services (PAS/PAT) Department and the Internal Medicine Clinic. Responsible for the coordination of clinical, operational, staffing, financial, and quality functions across both departments to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care delivery and positive patient outcomes.

This position serves as a key member of the leadership team at Animas Surgical Hospital and collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, ancillary departments, and administrative leaders to support strategic growth, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient experiences.
