Clinic Assistant

The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent patient care (non‑clinical) at the centre, and is responsible for:

• Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Ensure a high level of patient service, addressing patient needs with care and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide clear, helpful responses to patient inquiries.
• Manage patient appointments and scheduling efficiently.
• Register and verify patient details accurately.
• Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Take basic parameters for patients such as blood pressure, temperature, height and weight.
• Prepare consultation documents for doctors before every consultation session.
• Assist doctors during clinical procedures and provide chaperone support when required.
