Clinic Assistant (Paediatric Clinic. 5.5days per week)

We are a newly established paediatric allergy specialist clinic dedicated to providing evidence‑based, compassionate care for infants, children and adolescents with allergic conditions. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Clinic Assistant to join our founding team to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will handle frontline patient services, manage administrative tasks, and support the clinical team in creating a seamless, comforting experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Perform frontline duties including managing registration, scheduling appointments, and handling phone or email inquiries and coordination of patient flow.

Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) duties, including billing, processing payments (cash, NETS, credit card), and managing daily cash balancing.
