Job Description
We are seeking a Clinic Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of an allied health clinic.
This role focuses on patient coordination, clinic operations support, and accurate administrative execution to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic flow. The Clinic Administrator will also assist with grant documentation and submissions, supporting management by preparing and organising required materials.
Key Responsibilities Clinic & Patient Administration- Manage patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
