Client Support & Sales Specialist (Entry Level)

Citi is looking for an entry-level Service and Sales Specialist to respond to inquiries via phone and mail, collaborating with the Customer Service team to deliver options and resolutions. You will identify cross-sell opportunities while ensuring exceptional client experience.
