Client Support Executive (Madrid)

Your Role

Corpay is currently hiring a Client Support Executive on a permanent basis within our Corpay Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Payments line of business and is based from either our Barcelona or Madrid office. In this role you will focus on client support to help our dealing team and customers to grow, collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

You will support the dealing team and clients providing pre and post-sales support, assisting with payments and other requirements such as statements, payment investigations and offsets. The role is pivotal, requiring accurate, analytical, collaborative, professional, resilient and tenacious traits.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, compliance) to ensure a smooth client experience for the settlement of trades and problem resolution.
