About the role

In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for client support across a portfolio of our learning solutions clients. Forming a clear picture of each issue before resolving or escalating, you’ll be communicating directly with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates on our response, and manage expectations throughout. When issues require escalation, you'll prepare context-rich documentation for your development and consulting colleagues.


Beyond day-to-day support, you'll keep an eye out for patterns in incoming requests and contribute ideas that pre-empt and reduce repeat issues, driving better outcomes for our clients over time. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers and Technical Leads, sharing client insights and experience. You'll play an active part in building the team's shared knowledge along the way.
