Client Success Specialist – Equity Plan Solutions (EPS)

We are looking for a detail‑oriented professional to join the Equity Plan Solutions team at TSX Trust. The role bridges data administration, platform configuration, and client financial reporting, supporting the end‑to‑end client onboarding flow for equity compensation plans.

Key Accountabilities

• System & Plan Administration – Own client plan data, load files, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute plan setups or updates (vesting schedules, grant rules, blackout calendars, tax codes).
• Financial Reporting & Analysis – Prepare, review, and execute client equity compensation expense calculations, valuations, and disclosure reports; help clients understand reporting calculations and data reconciliations.
