Centacare, an agency of the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane, employs approximately 2,600 people across Queensland, delivering essential, high-quality services in aged care, family and community support, disability services, homelessness, and mental health.
Centacare is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Officer for a full-time position within our Home Safety Services team in Browns Plains. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and referrers, managing service enquiries, completing client intake and assessments, coordinating appointments, and supporting the delivery of home maintenance and modification services. You will play a key role in ensuring responsive, outcome-focused service delivery while contributing to Centacare’s mission of supporting people and communities.
