Job Description

CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER responsibilities includes:


• Tenant accounts reconciliation

• Assistance on Financial Statements/ budget inquiries

• Witness to the monthly petty cash and treasury accountability forms

• Witness to the monthly inventory count

• Spot audit/ inspection of tenants/exhibits in the branch

• Liaison between Finance HEAD Office and Branch Operations

• Monthly audit of billed electricity to tenants


Educational Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or its equivalent


Experience Requirements:

  • At least five (4) years of work experience in general accounting
  • Excellent understanding of accounting/auditing
  • Good understanding of accounting systems and processes- SAP
  • Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft office excel and outlook
