Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure that service delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Oversee and manage the entire accounting process for clients, from accounts payable and receivable to financial reporting and reconciliation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring they are equipped to meet client needs.
  • Ensure that all client services, particularly accounting-related tasks, are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality. Monitor and manage service delivery performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
