Client Service Manager
Join us now as Client Service Manager in Korea within the Client Services/ Client Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting existing Korean clients and internal stakeholders by coordinating day-to-day client inquiries, preparing and distributing approved client materials, managing local client servicing processes, and acting as a liaison between Korea-based clients and regional/global teams (Business Development, Client Account Management, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Investment, Marketing).
The role ensures timely, accurate, consistent, and compliant client communications and contributes to service quality, operational readiness, and client satisfaction.
