Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with corporate and commercial banking clients to support business growth, client retention, and overall customer satisfaction. The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing financial solutions tailored to their business needs while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.


Responsibility

  • Independently expand lending and deposit portfolio of enterprises & promote other non-credit products.
  • Look for new loan business, build loan structure based on understanding of industry and customers.
  • Actively carry out cross selling based on the development strategy of customers at different stages and maximize the share of a single product.
  • Effectively manage credit customer risk, and effectively play the role of the first line of defense from customer access to post loan management.
