Responsibilities:
Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutionsMaintain strong relationships with existing clientsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are metFollow up with clients regarding services, feedback, and updatesMaintain records of client interactions and updates in the systemEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Key Requirements:
