Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $38.88 - $55.89 / hour.

Job Summary

We have an immediate need for a Client Partner, Disability Management with a demonstrated background in case management for the rehabilitation of ill/injured employees through the development, negotiation and implementation of rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, return-to-work plans and duty-to-accommodate agreements. This work will support the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of musculoskeletal injury prevention programs in an assigned area of Fraser Health.

Responsibilities
