Client Manager – Buildings

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager , based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction;
  
• Manage (end-to-end) development project contracts within the Business Unit;
  
• Drive business growth in this area by actively identifying opportunities for project implementation management;
  
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with various stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors.
