The Role
We're looking for someone who loves helping people, stays organized under pressure, and can manage client communications with warmth and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media (within 5 minutes)
- Provide warm, professional first contact for people seeking therapy
- Answer questions about our services, therapists, and fees
- Follow up with potential clients who haven't booked yet
Booking & Scheduling
- Match clients with the right therapist based on their needs
