Client Delivery Director

Responsible for managing a team of Managed Services Client Delivery Specialists and overseeing contract management, client satisfaction, and service delivery across local, small, and medium complexity client contracts.

• Responsible for client satisfaction by ensuring services are delivered according to agreed service definitions, Service Level Agreements, and other contracts.
• Oversees the day‑to‑day delivery of managed services to clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Works closely with cross‑functional teams to identify procurement methods, establish evaluation criteria, evaluate alternative options, and assist in selecting the most appropriate vendor/supplier.
