Position Overview

Reporting to the Executive Director and as a member of the SFB leadership team, this Manager leads client services and community and volunteer partnerships, ensuring accessible, consistent, and respectful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Client services and community program coordination
• Volunteer recruitment and community event coordination
• Community and agency partnerships and programs development
• Data management and reporting systems
• Program development and organizational planning

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organization and communication skills required
• Data management and event planning skills preferred
• Ability to balance client needs with organizational standards and consistency
