Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Client Care Advisor to join our team in Huntingdon!
We have a part and full-time roles available (PT 20-30hrs / FT 40hrs) and must be willing to take part in weekend rota (1in 3 Saturday’s) ideally able to cover hours on shift between 9am and 7pm. There are no OOH/bank holidays.

Hard working team player that is able to cope in a fast-paced client facing role

Able to cope with emotive situations in a professional manner

A friendly approachable personality who can relate and bond with clients

Previous experience in a client facing role

Competent in using computer software including Microsoft (preferably appointment booking systems too although full training on our system will be given)

Experience in the veterinary industry preferred but not essential
