Job Description

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor (m/f/d) in fulltime or part-time for our boutique in Hamburg.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.



Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs. 
Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers. 
Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines. 
Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English. Other languages are considered a plus. 
Relevant experience 
Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques. 
Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
