Job Description
Develop and follow up with prospective and existing clients, recommend suitable professional services, and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling.
Manage client projects and service applications from initial enquiry and contract signing through document collection, follow‑up, and completion.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, respond to enquiries, explain service processes and document requirements, and provide regular progress updates.
Collect and review client information and supporting documents to ensure they are complete, accurate, and in line with company requirements.
Prepare service agreements, application documents, invoices, and other relevant documentation, and follow up on signatures, document submissions, and payments.
