Client Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bookkeeping across an assigned portfolio of client accounts invoices payments collections expenses and bank reconciliations
• Keep all accounting entries up to date daily same-day or next-day at the latest across every client account
• Prepare accurate weekly payment transfer schedules for founder sign-off and process approved transfers on a weekly cycle
• Handle manual accruals provisions and other month-end adjustments where a client s accounts require them
• Prepare and file VAT returns accurately and on time for each client account
• Prepare cash flow and payment projections for clients that require them
• Periodically raise invoices and book expenses for client accounts as needed
• Deliver monthly close on schedule producing a client-ready reporting pack P L balance sheet cash flow statement for each account
