Client Account Manager

Your role

The Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Client Director in building strong client relationships with the aim of retaining, renewing and developing existing clients. This position is focused on achieving departmental objectives to increase transaction volumes, the number of locations, and to sell additional services and products.

Ensure the renewal or extension of contracts under profitable financial conditions.

Build and maintain strong, high-quality relationships with all clients in the portfolio:

a) Develop relationships with the key players in each local authority (regular contacts, identification of needs, proposals for improvements and developments, advice, etc.).
