Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Medical Affairs, the Physician Workforce Assistant is the primary liaison for medical staff privileging at Covenant Health. The PWA engages with medical leadership and appointed medical staff to provide privileges to incumbents in relation to Covenant Health services and facilities. PWA's participate in recruitment activities, database management, reporting and medical leadership support. This role builds relationships with Covenant Health medical staff and key stakeholders to support the delivery of medical staff care in accordance with Covenant Health Mission, Vision and Values. This is a casual position located at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre.
