Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support pertaining to real estate matters
- Perform verification checks on required details to ensure accuracy
- Documentation and filing of information
- Maintaining of files and records
- Replying of emails and attending to case request
- Adhering to deadlines
- Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
- Min. Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of work experience in administration
- Prior work experience in managing tasks with tight timeline added advantage
- No experience welcome as training is provided by supervisor
- Comfortable to work OT outside of official work hours / work days if required
- Detailed and meticulous
