About the Role
The Gastroenterology Service at Waitematā provides highly specialised care to diagnose and treat adult patients with a variety of medical conditions.
As our service continues to grow and develop, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual for a fixed term administrative role at North Shore Hospital.
Reporting to the Gastroenterology Admin Team Leader and working within a team of approximately 10 staff, you will schedule procedure appointments, process referrals, manage wait lists and, from time to time, cover reception.
This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers collective agreement and is mapped to band 5.
