Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulationsReview customs documentation, classify goods according to customs regulations, and determine duty rates and tax liabilitiesResolve customs-related issues and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and proactively resolving any clearance issuesCollaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies and internal teams for efficient and timely clearance.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
