Cleaning Personnel / Janitor (Guadalajara)

Job Summary

Core Duties

• Cleans buildings, removes debris, and keeps areas in orderly condition.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors by vacuuming and buffing, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, emptying trash receptacles, and replacing lining of trash cans.
• Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• Restocks supplies. Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Self-direction.
• Physical stamina.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
