Cleaner for Wellington County Buildings

Contribute to a cleaner community with Wellington County as a Cleaner. You will provide essential cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and secure.
This role reports to the Property Services Supervisor and includes a variety of cleaning tasks across County buildings. You'll maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas, bathrooms, and offices while using commercial cleaning tools and equipment. The position supports a strong commitment to public service and community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain general cleanliness of all County buildings
• Thoroughly vacuum carpets, including stairwells
• Strip and buff flooring bi-annually
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment effectively
• Clean and sanitize all bathrooms and high-touch areas
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least three months of cleaning experience
